Body Corporate and Common Power features

No cost to provide charging points. The account holder pays for the installation and ongoing charges.
Power circuits are installed by qualified commercial/industrial electricians.
Each circuit installed allows for up to 4 PowerLog boxes, allowing the installation cost to be shared by up to 4 different account holders.
Each PowerLog box is assigned to 1 account holder.
Power is measured by a NMI approved device.
Monthly refund to Body Corporate of power used by users.
Monthly refund based on an agreed cost / kWh, reviewed every 3 months.
Body Corporate may log into Power Log Web portal to see power usage tracked by all PowerLogs in that address.
