Body Corporate and Common Power features
- No cost to provide charging points. The account holder pays for the installation and ongoing
charges.
- Power circuits are installed by qualified commercial/industrial electricians.
- Each circuit installed allows for up to 4 PowerLog boxes, allowing the installation cost to be
shared by up to 4 different account holders.
- Each PowerLog box is assigned to 1 account holder.
- Power is measured by a NMI approved device.
- Monthly refund to Body Corporate of power used by users.
- Monthly refund based on an agreed cost / kWh, reviewed every 3 months.
- Body Corporate may log into Power Log Web portal to see power usage tracked by all PowerLogs in that
address.
